1. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your precious jewellery safely and on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable couriers like BlueDart and Delhivery to ensure safe transit.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.

2. 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Ruvilar purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To protect your purchase and maintain our quality standards, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding:

  • Damaged products received during transit.
  • Missing items in the package.
  • Incorrect items received.

Note: The video must show the shipping label clearly and the opening of the original seal. Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process returns or refunds for damages.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@ruvilar.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and attach the unboxing video/images of the product.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
